“I’m happy to see that there was not a drop in sales from July into August,” says Brady Kroll of Edina Realty.
“It’s also encouraging that on average, properties are selling under a month. I think we’ll likely see the typical seasonal slow-down this fall, but the supply/demand curve should remain relatively unchanged.”
