“It’s not surprising to see fewer sales in December than November, as this is typical,”
says Brady Kroll of Edina Realty.
“However, we also saw inventory and the absorption rate creep up from December 2017 levels. Too soon to tell if this is a minor blip or portends a slower Spring market than 2018.”
