“It’s not surprising to see a small decrease in sales, since available inventory also decreased from June,” says Brady Kroll of Edina Realty.
 “It does seem like some of the franticness has worn off a bit.  Although the market remains competitive, buyers are at least able to come up for air in most price ranges.”
