“It was great to see an increase in existing home sales, particularly as we head into a traditionally slower time of year,” says Brady Kroll of Edina Realty.
“The low absorption rate(months supply of inventory) should bode well for the winter months. If inventory remains this low, we’ll be in store for a brisk Spring 2019 selling season.”
