“The small downtown in sales from August was not unexpected given there was another uptick in rates combined with the typical seasonal slowdown,” says Brady Kroll of Edina Realty.
 “The good news is that the absorption rate barely changed(4.4 vs 4.3) from August, so we are not realizing any excess inventory.  We should see a fairly normal sales flow this Autumn into Winter.”
